hydrating properly (alcohol doesn’t count). You’ve been eating
properly (protein, natural sugars). Then, it's race day. Did the race go well?
As you visualized? Even more reason to treat yourself. If the race
didn’t go as you had envisioned, learn from it. Let it go. Move
forward. Let the hydration process begin. Cheers!

After all, at Rowers Gone Bad, it’s good to be bad.
We didn’t start rowing the traditional way. We didn’t row in
high school or in university. We're late bloomers to the sport of rowing.
Just two strangers that showed up for an Adult Learn to Row session. We
started in a sweep 8, eventually sculled in a quad and then
we're teamed up in a double. No further instructions were given to us, other than
JUST RELAX, AND DON’T LET GO OF THE OARS!.
An innocent hobby has turned into an obsessive passion. We purchased a
lightweight double together before knowing how to rig a boat. We started
rowing competitively before knowing proper technique. Sound familiar?
We believe it is never too late to go back to the basics and let the
training process begin.
